My approach

I help leaders and teams at the highest levels of organizations to navigate the complexities of leadership and thrive, as their authentic selves.  While I love to to support a variety of leaders, many of my clients identify as CEOs in the nonprofit and service sectors and as people of color.   My greatest joy and hope is to support resilient, joyful, and inclusive leaders for strong organizations and a better world.

I support leaders, especially leaders of color and those managing leaders of color, with the real demands of nonprofit management, combining an understanding of:

• Technical expertise in the domains critical to executive leadership

• Emotional and relational intelligence required to lead others, especially in mission-driven work

• Dynamics of race, gender and power within complex organizations and social systems that leaders navigate
