Executive Coaching
Leadership can be lonely and challenging, especially at the Chief or CEO level and even more so for people representing marginalized communities and those wanting to lead with equity.
As a coach, I support executives, whether new to the role, established or starting to think about what’s next, in setting and moving towards personal and professional goals for growth. I act as a confidential thought partner and champion to help leaders think through real leadership challenges as they come up, in a safe and supportive space.
Team Coaching
Executive teams may benefit from coaching when they are new, have differing perspectives or lived experiences, and are navigating challenges.
In these partnerships, I might coach each individual team member, as well as the group as a whole, and I invest heavily in supporting the most senior leader to create conditions for the team to thrive.
