I support senior leaders in moving toward life and career opportunities that align to their wildest dreams because I believe that part of the big equity work is in all people, regardless of identity or background, having access to life choices, including those that bring them joy, wealth and health.
For senior leaders, I provide short- and medium term support exploring career interests or new directions. I also leverage my network to match them to opportunities and organizations that align to their potential and interests (sometimes opportunities that are not yet public or even created).
For organizations, I have a track record of recommending strong candidates (particularly senior leaders of color), several of whom have resulted in successful hires, and am happy to explore a more formal partnership.
